any hardware store to ignite your wedgie, be sure to
get pellets glowing red and well lit before moving to
second hole. If you want a slower migration smoke
then only use one ignition hole. Leave lid of the grill
open to get air to the wedgie then close it and grill.

Annual Iowa BBQ Competition show
2014

and one 2nd place and overall
champions of the event at the
fairgrounds.
